I have been storing my stuff in my parents' back shed for the past couple of years and they were getting less stoked by the day. I have about 15 plastic boxes full of memorabilia and childhood collectables which are too special to throw away so I had to find a safe place to store them. So now all my boxes are safely stored in a small shed at Storage King Cleveland and there's heaps more space that I could fill if needed in the future. In fact, my sister is going to move some of collectables into the shed too, to free up space in her home garage. The space is cool, clean, pest-free and super easy to access. And I definitely loved the free trailer hire to move the boxes from my parents' place to its new home. Thanks Storage King! My whole family is pretty happy with you guys right now LOL!

Wow. Storage King made the whole process of decluttering ready for our house sale so easy. From the huge curtesy trailer we borrowed to the hoist lift and trolleys that made unloading and storing our goods such a breeze. Great value for money. Many thanks.

My experience with Storage King has been satisfying from the get-go. They are straight up about their pricing - compare that with some of the other businesses which hide behind annoying online Quote Request forms. Access is easy, and the storage space itself is well lit and ventilated. They re happy for you to put free-standing shelving (eg: hammer-lock style) in your room, which is a great way to really cram stuff in there efficiently!

Martin and his team at Storage King have been wonderful over the past 2 years we have had a shed. The storage unit is very easy to access, and the complex is always clean and tidy. Certainly recommend Storage King to anyone needing extra space !

I have been using Storage King at Cleveland for the past couple of months. This is the second time I have used this facility and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. My garage is now tidy and surplus furniture and household items that are not ready to dispose of yet are in a safe and secure place. The facility is always clean and tidy and my dealings with the staff have been professional.

I have been with Storage King Cleveland for 2.5 years and they have been brillant with looking after my personal items. If I have any issues they are addressed immediately by management. I feel that this is a professiinaly secured establishment that values customer service.

I have an Ebay business and often need to send antique items overseas, the staff are always helpful in recommending boxes and packaging, which is often difficult to find. The website is a great help in determining sizing for my items.The location is convenient for me as I live close by.

Rating difficult to assess as I have never used a storage unit before the current one. At the time I started leasing the unit I remember thinking it seemed more expensive than I had expected especially when my accountant advised me that storage unit rental is Not tax deductable against the rental income from my property where the items stored had previously been located. However positives include: Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient staff Clean well-kept premises Excellent location with easy access not on a busy main road ease of access to my unit itself availability of trailer office hours mean staff are readily contacted available website provides pertinent information and contact good selection of relevant retail items.
